It was the other men who made his life miserable, particularly his old pal Will. The man was always stopping by Joey's desk to snatch a quick kiss or pat the boy's plump bottom, and his actions kept encouraging the other guys to try their luck as well. The worst times were when Joey had to go back into the photocopy room to make duplicates. The room was isolated and not visible from the main office and it seemed that every time the boy went back there to use the copier, one of the guys would take his turn trying to score with the new girl. Some of the men were downright pushy, touching and hodling him in ways that made him cringe inside, but despite Kim's advice her found that he still couldn't exert himself enough to say "no".
