When the appointed time drew near, Donald began to wonder whether or not he had made the right decision. However, resolutely, he knocked on Diane's door, right on six thirty.

"Hi, Candy, come on in," Diane invited him. "I've got hold of a perfectly delicious dress for you to weat tonight," she told him excitedly.

Before he could think, she was showing him a pastel blue cocktail dress that had lace sleeves with ruffled cuffs, puffed shoulders and a shaped waist. The skirt appeared slim and form hugging.

On seeing the feminine dress, Donald immediately began wishing that he had not said anything about going out. "I... I can't wear that... It's too feminine!" he protested.

"Sure you can; you will look just divine. Now come on, get out of that sweaty uniform and enjoy the feel of real girlie clothes. I have a foamy bath ready for you. Have a soak, give your face an extra smooth shave, and re-shave your legs while yo are at it."
