Otto Goldmun, a survivor of World War II and it's horrors, discovers 5 homeless teenagers wandering the streets, stealing whatever they can, selling whatever they can in order to survive.
In an act of selfless kindness he begins to take them under his wing, making sure that they eat and are clothed and even learn a few things. Over time one of the boys shows an interest in wearing women's clothes and a relatioship blossoms.
