Patrick Dunn is a very nice boy. Not overly masculine, perhaps, but he has never been confused for a girl. That all changes when he makes a stop at an ornate home on the edge of town. In the castle-like structure live Abby and Regina Nelson, a wealthy mother and daughter. The two shower the boy with compliments and a healthy tip for his delivery.
The next time he comes to their home, they start sweet-talking him into adopting a lifestyle he never knew existed, let alone contemplated adopting. Turns out that his slight frame and pretty face make him the perfect boy to add to their stable of sissy maids which they train, dress, and groom for service to other wealthy women. Resistant to their scheme at first, Patrick discovers that he enjoys everything becoming a girl entails. Before he fully realizes what has happens, Patrick become Maid Patricia and begins to leave his former male life behind.
