a promotion at your place of work? Suppose you
were a very driven individual. Would you be willing to do the unthinkable to move up the corporate
ladder? John is given an ultimatum by one of his
bosses. Become a woman (or at least an undetectable copy of one) or lose his job.
Yes, he could contest this demand legally but it
would be his word against the company's and
besides, they are willing to give him a long sabbatical with pay to work out the details. He is insulted,
of course, but he has never been one so shrink from
a challenge. But what will his wife think about all
this? Surely she won't agree to this nonsense. Guess
what? She does and before he knows what's hit him,
