A 33-year-old man has built a business all by himself and has become financially successful in the process. He is understandably proud of what he has accomplished, a big step up from his earlier days as a scrawny kid. To assist with the growing enterprise he has created, he hires an attractive young woman named Alice. What he doesn't realize, though, is that Alice aspires to take over the company and has a scheme to make it happen. She secretly starts to put female hormones in his food and he finds himself starting to grow breasts and changing in other ways, physically and psychologically.
Alice encourages her boss to stay at home and let her run things at the office. The confused new girl takes her advice to try and figure out her new status. Alice "assists" by buying her new clothing to accentuate her new figure and look. Then John enters the picture. John is aware of her gender but not only doesn't mind it, he is very turned-on.
Things get heated as our heroine finds herself starting to be attracted to a man for the first time in her life.
