Steven has a little step-mother trouble, what with getting thrown out of college and all, and she's had it with his antics. Now Steven has to get a job and step-mom has just the thing in mind. It even comes with an apartment, which happens to be owned by the mom's new woman friend - a woman who doesn't like men.
The apartment turns out to be very feminine, the office girls at his new job tease him, and soon he is reverting to his old ways... Something must be done!
