Imagine being a maid in my fifties, and it all started with my wife's encouragement.

A memory that is strongly imprinted in my mind is what had happened some years ago, and that was my arrival day at my wife's apartment accompanied by my mother in law, after spending about four months at her country home in training. I had travelled that day fully dressed in a cheap maid's saree. That was the pivotal moment as from that day on my wife had become the headperson and the decision maker in our household.
