Charlie is a normal husband like any other-with one little quirk: he likes to wear women's clothing from time to time to relax. Jane however, his wife, is not comfortable with his hobby. Although she tries to convince Charlie to break his habit, he finds that difficult to do. When Jane discovers that he is hiding his dressing from her, she gives Charlie an ultimatum. She orders him to wear feminine clothing at all times when he is home and to wear panties under his male clothes while at work. It's her hope that this will cause Charlie to overdose on femininity and make him renounce dressing up.
A funny thing happens, though. As Charlie perfects his feminine image, Jane comes to appreciate Cindy, his alter ego. Ultimately, she decides that it might not be so bad to have another "woman" around the house-and in bed.
