As a boy who has been confined to a wheelchair since he was young, Steve takes refuge in the virtual world of video games. Nothing unusual about that until a pair of other-worldly visitors appear to him and transport him into one of the games.
In that virtual world, Steve is a beautiful girl with male parts known as Shana. Shana's country is at war with a neighboring land and Steve/Shana has to help lead the forces in defense.
Soon, Shana discovers that there are other refugees from the "real" world in her new domain, some of whom, male and female, are very attracted to her beauty. For her part, the former disabled boy-turned girl finds herself feeling the need to mate (and is not terribly concerned about which gender she does it with).
