Not all boys meet the stereotype of masculinity.
Doug is one such boy. In his secretarial classes
he stands out, not just for being the only male in
them but also for his soft looks and long hair. His
loving mother has noticed his proclivities and has
encouraged him to dress and live as a girl when at
home. After graduation, Doug gets a job at a consulting firm with high-powered clients.
He thinks he is fitting in as just another young
man working there but Kenny Ashford, his
handsome boss, senses something "off" about him.
Kenny senses the girl hiding inside his employee
and decides to see if he can coax her to come out of
her shell. In reaction to the unexpected attention,
Doug starts experiencing his first attraction to a
man. Clearly sparks are flying. Will they lead to a
conflagration?.
