Joe had reached the main living area of the cabin, and was talking as he rubbed the back of his neck. Approaching the kitchen area, he heard Matt busying himself, getting the final touches of the meal ready.

Joe abruptly stopped short. His hand still on the back of his neck, forcing his head down, Joe knew he was awake. Instead of Matt's muddy boots, Joe saw a gleaming pair of black high heel pumps.

Slowly raising his sight, Joe saw long legs in dark coffee-hued stockings. At mid-thigh, there was the hem of a black miniskirt. At the waist, it had a wide brown belt. A crisp, warm voice asked,"Are you hungry?"

Joe felt the need to repress a grin, as if remembering the punchline of a private joke. He asked, "Matt?"

"Are... are you mad at me?" the oddly feminine voice quickly asked, a bit afraid. "This is why I suggested we come in separate cars, this time, In case you couldn't take this..."

"C'mere you..." said Joe, quickly grabbing Matt by his waist.

Joe then kissed him, full on the lips.
