Chrissie's Mom returns to help Chris with his girl's wardrobe provided in part by Chris's high school sweetheart. Chrissie is fitted for a prom dress and then a girl's wardrobe followed by a mother and daughter shopping trip to fully outfit him. Chrissie has to share it all with that old sweetheart, now his pen pal.
Chrissie is so convincing as a girl that a closeted gay male friend, in need of a such a girl for show, forces Chrissie to be that for him. They begin dating and the boy starts having feelings for Chrissie.
Eventually his family and old girl friend visit to see Chrissie cheer and play in to t girl's tennis team as well as watch her in the sorority burlesque skit, singing "I an\m a good girl!"
Finally they all get to meet Chrissies' boy friend who explains that he understands everything and believes that they could have a qonderful life together.
