Jeff, the charismatic gang leader of a tough street gang, catches the eye of a middle class girl who is new in town, Tracy. It's almost a Romeo and Juliet story of crazy forbidden love, until he is killed in a gang war. Years later, Tracy is married with three children, when she picks up a homeless girl, in need of food and shelter. Why is she so attracted to this teen and why is the young woman so reluctant to wear anything feminine? A love story that reaches across decades.

She was wearing a black, shift-style minidress with a white polka dot pattern, the top of the dress being covered by a long white knit woolen jumper with a motif on the front. She was wearing black pantyhose of a thicker denier and white socks that were turned down at the tops along with a pair of sneakers. Tracy had also applied a touch of mascara and a hint of pinkish lipstick.
